Recorded in just two sessions and developed during live performances, this musical masterpiece was on the charts for over 900 weeks.
Pink Floyd has won multiple Grammy Awards and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1996. The Back Catalogue photo was commissioned that year as a cheeky way to advertise the band’s “back catalogue” of albums. Cover art was painted on the backs of six naked women: Atom Heart Mother (1970), Relics (1971), Dark Side of the Moon (1973), Wish You Were Here (1975), The Wall (1979), and Animals (1977).
